NRUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Common fields include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identification of the applicant and the property\/unit (CRU and NRUA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose of the lease (holiday\/tourist, work, study, medical or other temporary reasons).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of guests per stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actual check-in and check-out dates for each of the competent Registry (usually the Single Digital Window or the website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.registradores.org\/sede\/sede-corpme-web\/registro-de-la-propiedad\/presentacion-telematica\/deposito-nra\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sede.registradores.org\/sede\/sede-corpme-web\/registro-de-la-propiedad\/presentacion-telematica\/deposito-nra\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Association of Registrars<\/strong><\/a>), generating a file in <strong>XBRL<\/strong> file in accordance with the official specification. <strong>In person<\/strong>, with the printed submission correctly
